Improving team communications
A fun 3 hour session using the DISC personality profiling system to improve team communications.
Attendees find out about their own personal style and that of their team mates. This is then used as the basis for discussing behavioral differences and provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others.
